Patricia Corriz

Born and raised in Santa Fe, Patricia Corriz paints what she has seen on the road — her work is a record of

travels across the United States. She has also illustrated book covers, and her poetry has been published through the Writers Guild. Her first writing award came at age nine, for an illustrated report on the Roundhouse that managed to be both informative and funny.

Patricia spent seven years as a job coach and program manager in Sandoval County, building a computer-skills program for job seekers over 50. Today she is a healthcare educator — and you'll sometimes find her behind the counter at the Galería.
