About Emergency Services Outreach

Who We Are

Emergency Services Outreach, Inc. is a New Mexico 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Bernalillo. Our mission: to strengthen New Mexico communities through lifesaving education, and to care for the people who answer the call.

We teach ordinary people to save lives — and we give the responders who do it every day a place to recover.

Our Home

You'll find us at 848 S Camino del Pueblo in Bernalillo — a training facility, community space, and art gallery under one roof. (Fully opening August 2026.)

What We Do

Lifesaving Training

We deliver American Heart Association courses — BLS, Heartsaver CPR/AED & First Aid, ACLS, and PALS — across Bernalillo, Rio Rancho, and Albuquerque. Train in our facility, at your workplace, or virtually. Whether you need one certification or a training plan for your whole team, we build the learning environment around you.

Ranchito de la Redención

First responders carry what they see. Ranchito de la Redención is our nature-based retreat in Torrance County — a place for firefighters, EMS providers, law enforcement, dispatchers, and frontline medical personnel to step away, rest, and recover. Supporting the people who serve is the heart of everything ESO does.

Ranchito Galería

Our gallery features locally handmade New Mexico art and goods — original paintings, handmade clothing, lanterns, and more from local artisans. Every purchase directly funds Ranchito de la Redención. Buy art, save a life.

Our Educators

Learning is easier with a great teacher. Our instructors hold advanced credentials in their fields — and more importantly, they've done the work: on ambulances, in emergency departments, and on real calls. They teach what they've lived, and they bring that experience into every class.
